Journey Home Inspector Services were awesome! Gave us a very detailed report that included pictures of everything they looked at. I have had an inspection done before that I only got a report on what needed to be fixed. They were very professional when we walked in and let us know what they had found that were minor fixes. James (the owner) also did a follow up call a couple of days after the inspection to see if we had any questions upon review the full report. I, myself, do not understand a lot of what was in the report so he explained it in a way I can understand. First time ever doing a home inspection and I know it went the way I wanted it to go. Very informational especially with being a new home buyer and don't understand the value of everything that comes with purchasing a home. Walk through the whole house together and gather valuable information interior and exterior. Explain the good the bad and the ugly and further steps that I should take. Also due to a wide variety of home inspection give input on everything that was documented on how to make it better.
